Winter preparations: Recoil stretch

Image
This design was just finished, I am still searching for the perfect propellers. The performance is very good already, but the props are not durable enough. The MTM is 150mm, I noticed that quads fly cleaner and with less noise when there is some extra space between the propellers. Here is my setup Recoil stretch frame, 2.5mm carbon Weight without Lipo: 80g Take-off weight: 135g AMAX inno 1105 4000 kV Emax Bullet 12A ESCs Tattu 4S 450 mAh 75C Runcam Swift micro NTSC, 2.1mm FXT FX806T VTX, 25 mW Frsky R-XSR Emax femto (still my favorite FC although I haven't tried many) XT 30 AMAX inno 3030 3-blade props

CFK chassis...

Probably, you already know the CFK chassis I am using on my personal Shrediquette. The chassis is really light, and I like the look a lot. While the chassis I am using was cut by hand using a jigsaw, now there seems to be a much easier way to get a chassis like this: Max from California contacted me some days ago, and has the possibilities to make some sets of my chassis from carbon. If you are interested, please feel free to contact Max: maximus365@@@juno.com I made a rendering to show the two different sizes that I designed. I am planning to order the mini chassis, because I am currently making a mini-Shrediquette (153mm distance between motors). Sizes of the chassis': Mini: 10cm diameter Standard: 14,5cm diameter
